Be still

In stillness does one find presence in a moment. Thoughts fade to the background, noise turns to nuance, and clarity is allowed to arise.

In stillness there exists forgiveness, grace, compassion, and spirit. Love encompasses the heart, relaxes the body, and ushers forth into the ethereal beyond of pure being, touching all creation, returning the blessings it receives.

In stillness illusion is unmasked, and truth made self-evident.

In stillness there is no hiding from the Self, nor judgment of it. There is opportunity for revelation, for expansion, for freedom from ego.

In stillness is found guidance, paths away from self-righteousness, self-abnegation, and any appearance of want.

In stillness expectation is met by light, and turns to dust. The desire for peace strengthens, and anxiety about tomorrow dwindles.

in stillness there is God, the essence of the Self. There is awareness of the eternal, and the beginning of bliss.

In stillness there is all, and nothing at all.
